New Year, New Shows

With the new year here, it means new shows to ring in 2018! Here are some that I am excited for!

The Alienist- 01/22/18

Starring: Luke Evens
               Daniel Bruhl
                Dakota Fanning

Set in the eighteen hundreds a journalist and an investigative team are asked to join forces to solve a series of grisly murders. This looks very intense and interesting. The acting looks on point, however it is a little hard to tell what exactly this one is about. It looks intriguing that is is for sure.

9-1-1 - 01/03/18

Starring: Connie Britten
                Peter Krause
                 Angela Bassett

This is set around the life of first responders. If you haven't watched the trailer, you need to! This one looks like its going to tackle some crazy situations that first responders have to respond to. It also looks like it might have you crying one minute and in shock the next!

The Resident- 01/21/18

Starring: Matt Czuchry
               Emily VanCamp

A medical drama following a doctor…

7 Reasons to watch Lethal Weapon

So when I first saw the preview for Lethal Weapon, I thought it looked funny and action packed. I had seen the movies, but I thought this looked like a nice twist on the movies. Once it came on however in September of last year, I had completely forgotten about it, and ended up not watching it. Cut to a couple of months after it premiered, I remembered it and decided to check it out on demand. The first episode had be hooked. Now here I am in December waiting for it to come back on in the new year, January 2, 2018 to be exact. So with that being said here are 7 reasons why you should be watching Lethal Weapon, if you unfortunately aren't already.

We start the story following Eric (Luke Grimes), who has come to the small town of El Camino, NV. He Comes in search of his biological father who he has never meet. All he has to go on is the name Larry Roth, and an old letter with an address. Within this small community there is an interesting police force. We start with the sheriff Bob Fuller (Kurtwood Smith) he has the vice of smoking, but don't worry he is trying to quit, well sorta.
He chews nicorette while smoking, maybe he is trying to quite, or its to hard to smoke two at the same time... who knows. He thinks the department is run poorly and every one is incompetent especially the Chief. The Chief of police is Carl Hooker ( Vincent D'onofrio), who is a drunk. Then y…
